Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information that every website receives.
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you pick, and your message.
- Online giving: your name, email address, donation amount, and the billing details our payment processor needs. Card and bank details are entered with PayPal and are never stored on our website.
- Email sign-ups: your name and email address if you ask to receive our daily devotional or church emails.
- Technical information: like all websites, our hosting provider records basic information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and prayer requests.
- To process donations, send you a receipt, and keep giving records for accounting and tax purposes.
- To send the emails you asked for, such as the daily devotional or church news.
- To keep our website secure, fix problems, and improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.
Emails and unsubscribing
If you sign up for our emails, we send them using Hostinger Reach, our email service. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing contactus@gwbiblechurch.org.
Giving
Online donations are processed securely by PayPal. If you give through Cash App, that payment is handled by Cash App. Those companies follow their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email, and donation details so we can thank you and provide giving statements. If you mail a check, we use the information on it only to record your gift.
Services we use
Some parts of our site are provided by trusted outside services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when you use them:
- YouTube (Google): our livestream and sermon videos.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts: our map and the fonts on this site.
- Hostinger: our website hosting and email service.
- PayPal and Cash App: online giving.
We share personal information with these providers only as needed to run the site and our ministry, or if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, for example to keep the site fast and to complete a donation. Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps may set their own cookies when you play a video or use the map. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to help you. We keep donation records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing contactus@gwbiblechurch.org. We may need to keep some donation records where the law requires it.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
